More than anything else, A Recipe For Excess is my own personal online cookbook. Recipes I’ve cooked time and again, enjoyed way too much – but still due to my poor memory, run the risk of forgetting all too quickly. If you find any here you like too, awesome.
What you wont find here are recipes with any specific health goal or trend worthy ingredients in mind. There will be no recipes for orzo tossed in quinoa photographed on an artisan wooden board with a dappled moon lighting. You’re much more likely to find bacon tossed in lard peppered with Thai chilis framed by the light from of a thousand exploding suns. Ok, maybe not that last part.
Hence, A Recipe For Excess. I love flavor, texture, spice, heat and wild abandon. Food that’s fun to make and doubly fun to eat. Did I mention flavor?
